CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
CLEAN ENERGY
Solar panels and solar-powered accessories were distributed among the local
communities, as there is no electricity distribution system in the vicinity for local
communities. 30 solar panels were provided in 30 households along with battery,DC pedestal fans and 04 light bulbs.
CLEAN wATER
The local community did not have access to clean water for domestic use, Instead,
locals collected water from rainwater deposits in the area. To improve clean water
availability, Hawa constructed water tanks and arranged for monthly door-to-door
delivery of clean water for domestic use. Furthermore, local residents were educated on
importance of hygiene and sanitation.
EDUCATION
In 2023, Hawa achieved the successful inauguration of a new primary school.
The school was inaugurated on 29th Sept-2023 by the Canadian high
commissioner, Her Excellency Leslie Scanlon. The school has enrolled 40
students out which 17 are girls.
MEDICAL CAMPS
Hawa organizes medical camps every 6 months in its locale. These camps provide free medical checkup and also supply medicines to the underprivileged residents of its community. These camps comprise of a team of doctors, pharmacists/dispensers, phlebotomist and patient registration persons to manage these medical camps.
